I purchased one of the 20 gun heavy duty S&D safes. It came super fast. The scratch in the back was negligible.



I'd like to comment that the shelves are somewhat flimsy, that' specially noticeable in the long top shelf.



The shelf bracket support is of a very low quality. I actually had to exchange them from my old safe.



The interior is fully carpeted. I love the inside lights, I turned them however toward the inside of the safe in order to keep from blinding the person that opens the safe.

I loved the fact that he comes with pre drill holes in the bottom in order to security safe do the floor.



In general, I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

I spent several weeks looking at Gunsafes' products and reviews before making my choice. I actually ordered another make, then cancelled it when customer reviews came in. Amy was very good to work with and this company promptly refunded my money. When I finally made this selection, it was setup by the manufacturer as advertised, sent to transport, then a final prep and local delivery company just delivered it today. 7/18/2018

I researched a strong reliable [affordable] gun safe, needing one with the right dimensions to fit the spot I had for it, and this was my first choice. The video showing someone not being able to break in was what ultimately sold me.

The purchase went smoothly. I did have trouble with the delivery. I hadn't heard and hadn't heard, expecting an email or call to schedule in garage installation. Finally, I called GunSafes customer service and received exceptional service. There was a glitch at the warehouse that was immediately resolved. Once resolved, scheduling delivery and installation went perfectly. The installers did an amazing job - that sucker is heavy!! I'm very pleased with this safe!
