I purchased two of these safes; one for me the other for the wife. We plan to use one on road trips as well. Great accessibility to weapon if needed. And the weapon(s) is protected from little hands.

Solidly made and functions reliably. Fingerprint sensor on the similar GVB model didn't work well for me, but this one is a winner. Cable anchor can slip up & out when opening, so I secured it with black tape.
