<p>Good simply constructed gun safe. Light weight construction but secure enough for moderately valuable guns. Locking mechanism is sufficient to secure guns from children and a casual thief. Would deter the technically knowledgeable safe cracker. Does not provide much in the way of fire protection. Ours was purchased at least 20 years ago so not certain what design changes may have been implemented since then .</p>
