This is a very well built safe that looks great. The company used to delivery the safe was also very timely and helpful.

Love the features. Gunsafes.com shipped it on time with no real problems. When I received it the USB/Outlet was broken but they quickly shipped a new one to replace it. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because I was a little disappointed with the quality of the shelfs inside. They are just particle board with cheap carpet stapled on.

It took a month or so for me to get my safe. The first one came to me all damaged like they drug it behind the delivery truck all the way across the United States. The local delivery guy working for Estes was real friendly and told me to refuse to accept it after we looked at it. So I refused it. I called gunsafes.com and they ordered another and apologized. After a couple more weeks the 2nd safe arrived in perfect condition. I would suggest minimum of 3 guys to move it. Also the S23 is a bit small if you have guns with scopes. Not sure how anyone could even get 15 guns in the things. It is very nice though. If I did it again I would by the xtra and get the bigger safe if I could get it in my door. I am pleased with the safe and would recommend it. I shopped a long time and gunsafes.com had the best prices I could find.
