The safe that I ordered on 1/18/18 arrived, but had some damage. While my e-mail seeking support from Shotlock was never answered, a week after I sent that e-mail, I decided to contact Gunsafes.com via email. Their response was almost immediate. They reached out to the company (Shotlock) and it was decided that I would return the safe for a replacement. The replacement arrived today, with one slightly loose screw. I was able, using just the metal bit of a multiple bit screwdriver, to tighten both screws.

As for Gunsafes.com, I am extremely pleased with their customer service. I have ordered Fort Knox handgun safes (3) from them in the past, and all 3 have served me well. I had some issues with this handgun safe, but that is not the fault of Gunsafes.com. My 4 star review is more focused on the product, not the company.
