When you select a Reed Safe, you put security first. Reed Safes offers two collections; the SS7 Collection and the MS7 Collection.

The SS7 Collection is made built using 7 gauge (3/16") 409 stainless steel on the sides, top, bottom, and back of the safe with a solid stainless steel plate door varying in thickness from 1/4", 3/8", to a 1/2".

The MS7 Collection is built using 7 gauge (3/16") mild steel on the sides, top, bottom, and the back of the safe with a solid mild steel plate door with the same varying thicknesses.

Simply choose which collection you want and the thickness of your door to suit your security needs. Every Reed Safe is built with convenience in mind and security as the priority.

Reed Safes are 100% manufactured in the United States. Our safes are manually manufactured in Warroad, Minnesota within our 40,000 sq. ft. facility. We believe that the security and quality of our safes cannot be compromised, therefore we offer an industry leading Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our safes.

Our Vertical Slider System allows you to store your guns without the worry of them banging together, especially when loading your guns and removing one for use. There is no need to unload your entire safe just to reach the one gun you want to use located in the back of the safe. The sliders are on an easy slide device that is secure to the base of your safe. Our sliders can be fitted for either long guns, including tactical weapons, or for multiple style handguns.

Reed Safes has one of the tightest Door Gaps in the safe industry. This set-up makes it even more difficult for a would-be burglar to get in the safe by using Pry bars and bending the door out and breaking the locking bolts.

1" x 1 5/8" solid Bar Stock door frame with a complete weld to the body of the safe with a smoke and fire seal lining offering added protection.

Up to 20 Movable Bolts surrounding each door housing the locking mechanism, three layers of 1/2" fire protection, and a solid steel plate outer door. Three door thicknesses to choose from 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2".

Standard 1,200° F at 90 minutes Fire Rating. Where other manufacturer companies only guarantee that the safe will last for a short amount of time, Reed Safes wants to ensure that the safe can withstand a full house fire and come out the other side with all of contents safe and untouched.

2.5" Length x 1.5" Diameter movable stainless steel bolts. By using a stainless steel both of this thickness, gives a would-be burglar a lot of work to break into the safe as well will ensure that during a house fire, the bolts wont warp or crap under temperature.

Interior motion sensor LED lighting is a standard feature in all Reed Safes. Bright LED lights illuminate the safes contents, making it easier to locate and store guns, documents, valuables, and important papers with ease.

Reed Safes takes pride in knowing that we have one of the most robust locking mechanism within the 3/16" safe market. Our locking mechanism features a slip clutch, stainless steel ball bearings, anti-bolt punt, anti-roll blocks, 1/2" x 1" roll bars, over center lock block, and a stainless stell relocking plate.
