Two days after installation and programming my wife and I's print in the safe, it started malfunctioning. I called GunSafes.com customer service line and in a few days received the replacement. The replacement is functioning flawlessly.

The safe is good quality and functions as designed. The only improvement i would make is to the instructions which should be written a bit more clearer on the initial set-up and fingerprint scan operation.
