The NanoVault 300 features 18-gauge steel construction and 1/2-inch per side thick memory foam interior. Security cable: when the cable is wrapped around any fixed object and slid over the lock receiver inside the security box, both the NanoVault and any valuables will be securely attached.

Just received this product. P.O.S. Right out of the box, I attempted to change the 3 digit number with the "a and b" switch. The plastic piece attached to the all plastic lock combo broke off. Do not buy this product. Gun safe's customer service was good though, so I guess that's something. They assisted in me buying a better product.

I actually got it to secure some 1911 mags in when driving thru non-CCW states. It fits my 4 inch 1911's nicely. The combo-model is working well for me.I give it 5 stars
