FORMAT has its own testing facility for paper and data cabinets – an absolute rarity in the safe sector. The tests are carried out in accordance with EN Standard 1047-1, i.e. the safes are exposed to over 1000 °C in the in-house furnace and must then survive a fall from a height of 9.15 metres.

<p>Safe was very well made and had some nice, and unexpected options on the combo-lock version I purchased. The shipping came factory direct so there may be a slight delay depending on area. mine was a few days later than expected at no fault of gunsafes.com but turned out to be well worth the wait. I highly would recommend to any one wanting the maximum value on a tight budget.</p>
