For items weighing over 150 lbs we include a standard curbside delivery, this will get the truck to your house or business, they will unload the safe with a lift gate to the ground level. The carrier will call in advance to schedule delivery. Depending on the weight of the safe you may want to arrange for additional help to bring the safe inside. Please contact us before the item ships if you live on a rural route, a remote area not serviced by freight carriers, or an island. If you have a narrow, steep, or inaccessible driveway for this type of truck, please contact us prior to the item shipping to discuss other delivery options. If you need a smaller truck or delivery into your home or garage, see our White Glove Services below.

For items under 150 lbs the order will be shipped with FedEx or UPS and occasionally USPS.

This is a great little safe, and what a concept to be able to assemble it anywhere in minutes with no tools! Delivered right to your door, this 12 gun capacity SnapSafe titan fits in any closet, keeping it out of sight, giving your valuables, firearms, jewelry and documents protection from theft and fire.

I wanted: 1. A high quality, fire resistant gun safe, 2. Located in my bedroom closet (where space is limited) on the 2nd floor (a tight stairwell limits what can get upstairs) instead of the basement, 3. That didn't weigh 400+ pounds 4. That didn't have significant extra delivery and set up costs To find a safe that met those 4 requirements, plus the added benefit of coming dis-assembled was fantastic. I paid a few dollars extra to have the safe delivered to my garage where I unpacked the safe. I was able to bring each part up to my second floor bedroom by myself. The vault door was the only part that was really heavy for a one man lift. Would certainly help to have a second pair of hands, but doable if you have to get it done by yourself (as I did). Given the assembled weight of the safe is over 300 pounds, I also needed to assemble the safe right inside the bedroom closet, which was tight. The very simple assembly process was once again the perfect answer for this limited assembly space. The only thing that was somewhat difficult was getting the panels inside the safe as others have noted. When you get to this stage, take a break and the time to read through the directions on this, you'll save yourself some time and effort. Took about 2 hours to carry and assemble the entire safe by myself. Right size and weight, right quality, right price.....and it went right where I wanted it without any assistance...I couldn't be happier about this purchase. Didn't need any extra customer service because everything went right. The perfect balance all around.

Purchased two Titan safes. Arrived in good shape and were easy to put together. One units keypad did not work. Contacted the manufacturer and they immediately shipped out a new keypad unit. Waiting for the new keypad to install on safe #2. So far so good, too soon to judge long term quality. Units are not very deep or wide so contents are limited. My units are installed in the garage. Serves the intended purpose.

Price couldn't be beat; needed a safe that was sturdy yet portable. Came as described and am very satisfied. Wish they came in larger sizes, but this one will do for now. Fireproof, sturdy shelving, no funny smells, extremely easy assembly. Moved (in parts) and assembled by myself. If I need more space, I will end up buying a second one of these. As with many safes, the long rifle side is too tall for an AR or similar type weapon, but easily corrected with some ad hoc shelving. Delivery service was top notch and was a great part of the overall experience.

Product is very well made, arrives on a pallet and in component boxes that can be brought inside by 2 people. Assembles easily (can be done by one person), although the interior panels are a bit tricky. See the online video for pointers. Keypad is nice and the interior shelving is perfect. The fire retardent padding sometimes slides around during installation, but it's manageable and not an issue once installation is complete. Overall, I'm very pleased with the safe and the price was fair (not a steal, but certainly not overpriced). I would recommend without hesitation.

This safe is great for apartment dwellers like us. It is large enough to hold all of our "stuff" (two rifles, hand gun, significant coin collection and important paperwork etc.) but when we move later this year it comes apart easily. It was very well boxed and I put it together myself (46 year old 150 lb male) without any problem. Highly recommend this safe.
