What does your Free Shipping Include?

For items weighing over 150 lbs we include a standard curbside delivery, this will get the truck to your house or business, they will unload the safe with a lift gate to the ground level. The carrier will call in advance to schedule delivery. Depending on the weight of the safe you may want to arrange for additional help to bring the safe inside.

For items under 150 lbs the order will be shipped with FedEx or UPS and occasionally USPS.

Can I upgrade my standard delivery?

Of course! We understand many of our products are pretty heavy; this is why we offer the option to upgrade to an in-home delivery. Prices for in-home delivery services are based on weight and can be calculated in the shopping cart by entering your city, state, and zip code.

When I received the gun cabinet, (16 days after the order was submitted) the door had a 14 inch crack in the wood portion of the door, and the glass had fallen out of the door. The packaging of the cabinet is very poor with no inner support to ensure things like this don''t happen. However, clickshops is a good customer friendly company, that was very helpful about finding resolve to the damages of the gun cabinet. They took care of the issue as fast as they could. To no fault of clickshops, when I got the replacement door I realized that at Scout they put the finish on the wood with all the hardware attached which made it very difficult to replace since there was no hardware on the new door and I had to take it off the old door. All in all it is a fair product for the price but I am very dissatisfied with the choice of shipping company... ESTES... and the packaging and quality control department at Scout.
