What does your Free Shipping Include?

For items weighing over 150 lbs we include a standard curbside delivery, this will get the truck to your house or business, they will unload the safe with a lift gate to the ground level. The carrier will call in advance to schedule delivery. Depending on the weight of the safe you may want to arrange for additional help to bring the safe inside. Please contact us before the item ships if you live on a rural route, a remote area not serviced by freight carriers, or an island. If you have a narrow, steep, or inaccessible driveway for this type of truck, please contact us prior to the item shipping to discuss other delivery options. If you need a smaller truck or delivery into your home or garage, see our White Glove Services below.

For items under 150 lbs the order will be shipped with FedEx or UPS and occasionally USPS.

Can I upgrade my standard delivery?

Of course! We understand many of our products are pretty heavy; this is why we offer the option to upgrade to an in-home delivery. Prices for in-home delivery services are based on weight and can be calculated in the shopping cart by entering your city, state, and zip code.

Mesa Safe Limited one year warranty against manufacture defects. This warranty covers all defects in materials or workmanship in these products. What is NOT covered:

Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

a. Accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, failure to perform normal maintenance or operation to follow instructions labeled on or provided with the safe.
b. Any damage occurred from shipment. (claims must be presented immediately to the carrier)
c. Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than a pre authorized Mesa Safe service provider.

Any unit which has been altered or on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
Normal wear, battery replacement, any periodic maintenance or where combination lock has been changed without factory authorization.
Under no circumstances will Mesa Safe be held liable at anytime for contents of said Safe(s).

very nice product but the electronic lock seems to fail

This is a very nice product at first glance. Very easy to install and easy to adjust to your stud depth. However, about 12 months into owning it, with very light use (opened maybe once a week on average) the electronic lock began to fail. Random beeping noises, failed openings. Now it has gone into a beep loop where if there are batteries (I've tried fresh ones, believe me), it just beeps at a very rapid rhythm (25+ beats per second) and will not open. We'll see if the manufacturer will be decent about the warranty.
