For items weighing over 150 lbs we include a standard curbside delivery, this will get the truck to your house or business, they will unload the safe with a lift gate to the ground level. The carrier will call in advance to schedule delivery. Depending on the weight of the safe you may want to arrange for additional help to bring the safe inside. Please contact us before the item ships if you live on a rural route, a remote area not serviced by freight carriers, or an island. If you have a narrow, steep, or inaccessible driveway for this type of truck, please contact us prior to the item shipping to discuss other delivery options. For items under 150 lbs the order will be shipped with FedEx or UPS and occasionally USPS.

External Hinges
Our external hinges allow for a full 180 degree swing radius, while the competitor's interior hinges only give you 90. They'll say their hinges give you more protection, but with Bighorn's side locking bolts, your valuables will be just as safe, even if the hinges are sawed off. Also, external hinges allow you to remove the door for ease of movement into your home.

took about 10 days from the time i ordered to receiving it. good safe for the money. i got this on sale for 750(4/1/2012) including shipping. some people have said this safe has a terrible smell, its just new carpet and particle board, being closed up inside for who knows how long. not a big deal. this safe will not hold 24 guns, mabey 24 broom sticks. overall safe is a great value for the money. it has a good deal of room and looks nice in a room. it you see it on sale for 750 again jump on it, it will be hard if not impossible to find another with this ones benefits for that price. always remember to compare whats going in the safe to how secure you need one to be...ie very valuable stuff more expensive safe for you. dont buy the $750 and think it will perform like a 2500 dollar safe. yes sometimes you do pay for the name so educate yourself on what makes a safe good and pick the right one for you. once again this is a nice safe for the price.
Very good construction quality at an excellant price point. Customer service has been very helpful and answered all of my delivery, setup, and installation questions. PS: Rent a dolly from a big box and move it with a friend or 2. Saves LOTS a $$.
Solid and well built with great features. A good value for the money. The only thing that I didn't like was it not having a back up key lock. If you happen to forget your combination, you're SOL.
